Ostingers Baseball Academy is a travel baseball and training organization based in Lithia, Florida, serving players throughout the greater Tampa Bay area. The program is built on strong fundamentals, accountability, and a team-first culture that supports long-term athlete development. OBA offers travel teams, private lessons, camps, and year-round training for multiple age groups. Instruction is focused on individual growth, helping players improve skills, baseball IQ, and confidence while learning how to compete the right way.

History
Founded in 2008 in Lithia, Florida, Ostingers Baseball Academy was created to provide high-level baseball instruction to Central Florida athletes. From the start, the organization emphasized fundamentals, personal coaching, and a commitment to doing things the right way. As the program grew, OBA developed into a respected travel organization with teams across youth and high school levels. While expanding, the academy has remained committed to player development, integrity, and competitive excellence.
Ostingers Baseball Academy
The Ostingers Baseball Academy facility is a dedicated training space designed for year-round player development. It includes indoor and outdoor training areas that support private lessons, team workouts, camps, and small group instruction. The facility features multiple batting cages, pitching mounds for both youth and high school levels, an outdoor infield area, and training stations for hitting, throwing, and arm care. Equipment and layout allow coaches to run efficient, high-rep sessions focused on fundamentals, mechanics, and game-ready preparation.
